Emma Doyle from Ballyduff National School in Camolin won the Group 3 category. The Fifth class pupil was up against 74 other finalists and won the most public votes of any entry in her 9-12 year-old age category. She was presented with her award - as part of Google's sixth annual Doodle 4 Google competition - at a special prize-giving ceremony at the company's headquarters in Dublin. Emma's winning doodle entitled "My Adventure as a cub scout" was inspired by her time as a member of the group and the activities they do to help raise awareness of scouting in Ireland. The overall winner was 8 year-old Kelly McCabe from Dublin.
