The trial of a man accused of murdering a Raheen man has heard that the defendant was out for revenge after an altercation took place between the two.
28 year old James Banville was stabbed to death in Waterford in October of last year. The defendant, Juraci Da Silva, originally from Brazil with an addess in the city has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Mr Banville and to assault causing harm of Conor Hogan of Taghmon. The trial continues today.
