D'arcy promoted to junior finance minister by leo varadkar

Wexford TD Michael D'arcy has been given one the most influential roles of new junior ministers according to reports today.

The Gorey man is assigned to the Department of Finance with special responsibility for financial services and insurance. He is one of five first time junior ministers including Carlow/Kilkenny's John Paul Phelan announced by Taoiseach Leo Varadkar yesterday.
