Estate agent finds proposed eirgrid project having negative effect on wexford housing market
A County Wexford estate agent believes the proposed Eirgrid pylon project is affecting house sales in the County. John Fleming says he's already lost the sale of a home on one of the 5 possible corridors for the new overhead power line linking Leinster to Munster. He says buyers are actively rejecting houses which could in the future have a pylon located nearby. The DNG estate agent says the project will have a serious affect on the value of properties in County Wexford.
