Fine Gael TDs are defending the Finance Minister after allegations he acted inappropriately during the sale of NAMA's northern loanbook.
Michael Noonan met with the successful bidder Cerberus, just a day before bidding for the sale closed. The Minister said he rejects the suggestion by the Public Accounts Committee report that he acted inappropriately. Fine Gael TD Alan Farrell backed up Michael Noonan, and refused to sign off on the final PAC report.
