The special Oireachtas Committee on the future of water services meets again this afternoon.
Members are working on resolving an impasse over whether some form of charge needs to exist, in order to comply with EU rules. Reports suggest a warning system for water wasters could be the solution. Fine Gael TD Colm Brophy is a member of the committee - he says it's something everyone needs to be concerned about.
