Gardaí in Gorey are appealing for the public’s help to identify the driver of a 181-registered Mercedes involved in a collision with a pedestrian. The incident happened at around 2:40PM yesterday (Friday), near St Joseph’s Primary School in the Creagh area of Gorey. The pedestrian was crossing the road at the time and required medical treatment, while the vehicle failed to stop at the scene. Anyone who witnessed the incident, has dash cam footage, or may have relevant information is asked to contact Gorey Garda Station or Garda Confidential.
