House prices in County Wexford in early 2014 were 5 per cent higher than a year ago. That compares with a fall of 6 per cent seen in 2013 according to the latest report by property website daft.ie. The average house price in the county is now 137,000. Nationally they're 187,000 euro while in Dublin house prices have risen by 21 per cent in the past year.
