University Hospital Limerick is the most overcrowded with 54 patients on trolleys. That's followed by 42 at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin, according to figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation. Only 2 people were waiting on a bed in Wexford General Hospital according to the INMO figures while University Hospital Waterford had 16 people waiting in the emergency department and other wards.
