Jay Gilbert Shares His Story As Part Of One Day, Many Voices Campaign

A local entrepreneur is sharing his personal experience of neurodiversity, caring and employment as part of the One Day, Many Voices campaign.

Jay Gilbert, founder of BranchX Ltd and creator of MyNeuroPass, is autistic and dyslexic and has spent the past 23 years caring for his mother, who has Parkinson’s.

Jay has developed MyNeuroPass to help people showcase skills and abilities gained through education, employment, caring, volunteering, hobbies, projects and lived experience — skills which may not always be reflected on a traditional CV.

He says his own experiences inspired him to create the platform, with the aim of helping people demonstrate what they can do and recognise the value of skills developed throughout life.

As part of One Day, Many Voices, Jay is sharing his story and highlighting the experiences that have shaped both his work and his approach to supporting others.
