A 4,200-kilometre walk across the UK and Ireland is bringing attention to mental health and raising funds for four charities.
Jonathan Kemp began his 10-month journey in Shetland on January 1st and entered the Republic of Ireland on September 9th. He is due to finish in Galway in October.
Jonathan is sharing his own experiences of bipolar disorder, depression, addiction and dyslexia as he travels, encouraging people to have more open conversations about mental health.
The walk is raising funds for Aware in Ireland, alongside SAMH in Scotland, Mind in England and Wales, and Aware NI.
Jonathan is due to pass through Wexford on September 26th as he continues the final leg of his journey towards Galway.
