343 children are awaiting psychology services in County Wexford with some waiting up to 3 years for an appointment.
That's according to Wexford Fianna Fail TD James Browne. He's called on the government to put more supports in place for people with mental health problems in the South East. The Mental Health spokesman of the party, Deputy Browne says that these long waiting times have a detrimental impact on young people in Wexford and could have lasting effects on them for their entire lives.
