Leading from the Ground Up: Practical Leadership for Construction Under Pressure

A new leadership programme is launching in Wexford aimed at those working on the front line of the construction sector. Leading from the Ground Up, delivered by Mags Boland Murphy of Bofin Consultancy in collaboration with County Wexford Chamber Skillnet and Sustainable HRM Skillnet, is designed to support site managers, supervisors, and emerging leaders dealing with the daily realities of tight deadlines, rising costs, and increasing pressure on site.

Focusing on practical, real-world scenarios rather than theory, the programme offers tools to help professionals make clear decisions, communicate effectively, and lead teams in challenging conditions. The official launch takes place at Café Konnect, Wexford Town, on Thursday 7th May at 10:30am, with construction professionals and employers invited to attend and learn more.
