Major expansion announced for wexford creamery
A major expansion has been announced for Wexford Creamery. Glanbia Ingredients Ireland, who bought the facility almost two years ago, is seeking planning permission to increase capacity at the Rocklands facility outside Wexford town. This is to double production of the internationally renowned Wexford Cheese brand - along with the whey byproduct. The 35 million euro investment is set to secure the jobs for the 48 employees at the plant.
