A man has pleaded NOT guilty to the murder of Anne Shortall at the Murrough in Co. Wicklow on April 3rd 2015.
Roy Webster, a cabinet maker from Ashbree in Ashford, Co. Wicklow, pleaded guilty to manslaughter but this wasn't accepted by the DPP. A jury of seven men and five women was sworn in to hear his trial which is due to begin on Wednesday.
