Meps in strasbourg will vote on brexit negotiations

MEPs will vote in Strasbourg today on whether enough progress has been made in Brexit negotiations.

The phase one plan agreed last week is due to be signed off by the European Council tomorrow. The deal hailed as a 'compromise' by the EU's chief Brexit negotiator, ensures there'll be no hard border on the island of Ireland.
