Milk suppliers to hold another meeting over the purchase of wexford creamery

Milk suppliers opposed to the recent agreement with Glanbia over the purchase of Wexford Creamery are to step up thier campaign Glanbia Ingredients Ireland secured a majority of shareholders to vote in favour of the deal at an EGM in Wexford earlier this month. However a number of milk supplier shareholders have come together in recent weeks to express their opposition to the agreement. They plan to host a further meeting in Taghmon Community Centre this Friday night January 3rd ay 8pm.
