Minister d'arcy welcomes news of no hard border

Junior Minister of State at the Department of Finance Michael D'Arcy has welcomed the news that we no longer have to fear a return to any form of hard border between North and South.

Minister D'Arcy says last night negotiations are down to hard work and commitment on all sides. He also says he sees a shift in thinking by the UK which is less rigid than before regarding the divorce proceedings.
