Nama to sell off co wexford hotel
The National Asset Management Agency is to sell off a County Wexford Hotel. The Maldron Hotel on the Barntown Roundabout is one of eight hotels around the country that NAMA is planning to dispose of as part of its ongoing wind down of loans and assets. The Maldron in Wexford is run by the Dalata Group which is the largest hotel operator in the country under a lease agreement from NAMA.
