Oireachtas to consider allowing more time for junior cert english

A petition from a group of Junior Cert pupils looking for extra time to complete the new English exam will be considered in the Oireachtas today.

It was submitted by Tara O'Sullivan and three of her classmates from Loreto College, St. Stephen's Green in Dublin. They say giving students an extra 30 minutes would make the paper fairer.
