Overcrowding continues at wexford general hospital
Wexford General Hospital has once again seen an increase in overcrowding. 15 people were on trolleys or were added to wards this morning according to the INMO - 2 more than yesterday. It comes as management at the hospital continue to advise the public not to attend unless essential. Nationally 424 people are currently waiting on trolleys across the country. The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation is currently balloting its members on new proposals to reduce over crowding in emergency departments and cut waiting times. In the meantime it's deferred a strike that had been planned for tomorrow.
