A plan to provide management assistance at Wexford General hospital has come to a halt. The plan was for Saint Vincents Hospital in Dublin to provide management services to Wexford General along with Kilkenny and Loughlinstown hospitals. However Saint Vincents has pulled out in an ongoing row with the HSE. According to the Irish Times there's been a significant deterioration in relations between Saint Vincents and the HSE, particularly with Director General Tony O'Brien.
