The Transport Minister says TDs are putting lives at risk by delaying his road safety bill in the Dáil.
He's accused some TDs who are opposed to the drink driving measures from filibustering the bill. It would see people lose their driving licence immediately if caught drink driving, which some say would damage life in rural Ireland where there's little public transport.
