Aviation experts are warning the coastguard to immediately update their navigation software.
It's after new revelations that maps used by the crew of the doomed Rescue 116 helicopter contained incorrect details about the island where it crashed off the Mayo coast. Investigative journalists from Prime Time have also discovered that pilots had previously complained about the issue. Aviation safety expert Kevin Byrne says navigational systems need to be changed urgently.
