Two Coastguard helicopters have been sent to rescue 23 people onboard a cargo ship that's sinking off the south east coast of England. It collided with a stone barge 5 kilometres south west of Dover earlier this morning. Five people have so far been brought to safety. It comes as Storm Angus has left almost 2-thousand properties in the south-west of England without power.
