Static Cameras In South East Have Generated Almost 12 Million in Revenue

New figures obtained by Wexford Labour TD George Lawlor show two static speed cameras in the south-east have generated almost 12 million euro in fines

The cameras at Glenmore in Kilkenny and on the N80 in Carlow issued more than 74,500 fines between May last year and the end of August accounting for 70 percent of all fines from static cameras nationwide

Deputy Lawlor has been campaigning over the Glenmore camera and is again calling for action over signage and the road layout
