There's plenty to celebrate at South East Radio as we announce an exciting new partnership with Shaws Wexford, bringing music, giveaways and a little extra Christmas magic to listeners!
Shaws Wexford is the new sponsor of our popular Lunchtime with Lee programme, presented by Lee Hynes every weekday from 12 noon to 3pm.
And with three hours of great music on South East Radio and three floors of shopping surprises at Shaws, the partnership comes with a catchy message — Three Hours of Music. Three Floors of Surprises!
The announcement comes as Shaws celebrates a major milestone — 50 years in Wexford.
Since opening in 1976, the family-run retailer has become a familiar part of Wexford town, welcoming generations of shoppers through its doors.
Today, the store offers everything from fashion and beauty to homewares, gifts and Korean skincare, with its newly opened Christmas Shop adding even more festive sparkle.

And there's even more good news!
Throughout November, customers visiting Shaws Wexford can enter a draw to win a €500 Shaws Gift Card.
There's also a magical Christmas competition on the way, with Shaws teaming up with Sunway Holidays to offer one lucky family of four a trip to Lapland in November 2027, including a chance to meet Santa himself!
Full details of the Lapland competition will be announced shortly.
A Partnership Worth Celebrating
South East Radio General Manager and Sales Director Marion Barry said the station was delighted to join forces with such a well-established Wexford business.
"We're absolutely delighted to be teaming up with Shaws Wexford for Lunchtime with Lee. Shaws is a hugely recognised and much-loved name in Wexford, with a fantastic history in the town and a loyal customer base built over 50 years."
Marion added that the partnership would create exciting opportunities for listeners and customers while celebrating everything that makes Wexford special.
Shaws Wexford Store Manager Stephen Shaw said the sponsorship was particularly meaningful as the business marks its 50th anniversary.
"Our customers have supported us through generations, and that local connection means everything to us."
He encouraged shoppers to rediscover the store and explore its wide range of fashion, beauty, homewares and Christmas gifts.
So whether you're tuning in for your favourite lunchtime music or heading into Wexford town for some Christmas shopping, there's plenty to look forward to!
