One of Ireland's leading agricultural shows is set to return to Fairwood Park on Monday, August 3rd, with organisers promising the biggest Tinahely Agricultural Show to date.
Held under the theme "Rooted in Tradition. Growing for the Future," the event is expected to attract around 15,000 visitors and more than 400 exhibitors and trade stands.
The show will feature a packed programme of livestock competitions, including national finals for cattle, sheep and horses, alongside the popular Best of Wicklow exhibition showcasing local food producers, artisans and businesses.
Visitors can also enjoy live music from Derek Ryan, a €2,000 jiving competition, vintage machinery displays, tractor pulling, arts and crafts, a dog show, children's entertainment and a host of family attractions.
Organisers will also launch the show's new Sustainability Charter, highlighting its commitment to reducing environmental impact while supporting rural communities and agriculture.
Entries for this year's competitions are now open, with full details available on the Tinahely Agricultural Show website.
