Vote of no confidence called for in board of wexford milk producers
It has come from a number of shareholders who call themselves the South East Milk Producers. The group is calling for the vote following the refusal of the board to discuss a proposal from Strathroy Dairies to purchase Wexford Creamery. The board refused the request saying it would be in breach of contract as they had already agreed to sell the business to Glanbia Ingredients Ireland Limited.
