Both the Wexford and Wicklow Wexford constituency voted overwhelmingly in favour of Catherine Connolly as Ireland's 10th President In Wexford Ms Connolly got 66.7 per cent of the vote while in the Wicklow Wexford constituency she got 64.5 per cent In both constituencies Heather Humphreys got an average of just over twenty seven per cent of the vote while Jim Gavin got around seven per cent The turnout was 44 per cent in Wexford and 47 per cent in Wicklow Wexford Meanwhile there was a large number of spoiled votes recorded Between Wexford and Wicklow Wexford there were a total of 8,715 spoiled votes
