Property prices in Wexford have risen by €14,500 in the past year, according to the latest MyHome Property Price Report.
The median asking price for a property in the county now stands at €299,500.
Specifically, the price for a 3-bed semi-detached home has jumped by €20,000 to €270,000, while a 4-bed semi-detached house rose by €40,000 to €325,000.
The report also highlights a 6% drop in available properties for sale compared to the previous quarter, with homes now taking an average of just over four months to go sale agreed.
