Wexford Farmers will be represented at tomorrow mornings Oireachtas Agriculture Committee meeting

A meeting will be held tomorrow to discuss Ireland’s water quality & nitrates derogation.

The meeting of the Oireachtas Agriculture Committee comes as farmers continue to protest following the Agriculture Minister, Charlie McConologues failure to extend Irelands derogation from parts of the nitrates directive. Wexford IFA Chair, Jer O Mahony and Wexford Diary Chair, MJ Scallan will be in attendance.
