A food business in County Wexford was among a dozen issued with closure orders last month.
Meet Brazil, located on Castle Hill in Enniscorthy, was served a partial closure order, with its upstairs kitchen shut, while the retail area downstairs was allowed to remain open.
The enforcement orders were issued to 12 businesses across Dublin, Cork, Meath, Tipperary, Limerick and Wexford.
Inspectors reported serious breaches, including a cockroach infestation, meat being air-dried in a bedroom, and a dead mouse found in a trap.
Two additional businesses in Dublin and Tipperary were issued prohibition orders.
