Wexford General Hospital is today raising awareness on infant mortality.
Educating parents on how to care for newborn children is at the centre of the Baby Box initiative. The Baby Box is used in other countries as a baby's bed for the first six months and helps prevent babies rolling over on their tummies. The new initiative will see every baby born at the hospital presented with a Baby Box.
