Wexford hotel group to develop aparthotel
The Talbot Hotel group has announced it's to develop an aparthotel in Wexford town - the first of its kind in Ireland. It follows the aquisition of the ‘Stonebridge’ building on Paul Quay which is already home to the recently added TK Maxx store. The building features 73-luxury apartments located less than 100 metres from the Talbot Hotel on Wexford's quayfront. It is hoped to be up and running by the middle of this year and will see an investment of over 9 million euro by the time it's completed. 40 jobs will be created during the refurbishment programme with 30 additional jobs coming on stream thereafter.
