The Taoiseach says the British have made some progress on Brexit but it’s too soon to say if negotiations can move to the next stage.
Leo Varadkar was speaking after meeting the British Prime Minister in Downing Street.
He said the final call will be with the EU27 in October but Theresa May has moved things forward;
