Donald Trump’s former national security advisor Michael Flynn isn’t expected to face jail time.
It’s after he provided “substantial cooperation” to the investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller into alleged collusion between the Trump presidential campaign and Russia.
Mr Flynn has already pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI.
