TUSLA LAUNCH NEW CHILD PROTECTION STRATEGY TO AVOID PREVIOUS MISTAKES

Tusla says its new Child Protection Strategy will ensure mistakes of the past aren’t repeated.

The child and family agency says the Signs of Safety strategy being launched today will allow families and children to be more involved in decisions about their care and future.

It’s part of the organisation’s ongoing transformation process, which aims to provide more consistency in the handling of cases.

Tusla CEO Fred McBride says they’re embarking on a major journey.
