WEXFORD TOWN UP 7 PLACES IN ANTI LITTER LEAGUE
Kilkenny has retained the title as Ireland’s Cleanest City while Wexford Town is 6th in the anti litter league – up 7 places on last year.
It’s the first time a town or city has retained the title in the survey by Irish Business Against Litter.
Kilkenny narrowly beat Cavan and Tramore to take the crown.
Wexford’s Main Street was described as a top ranking site on a busy Friday in December when the survey was conducted.
