Germanwings Co-pilot Rehearsed Plan On Earlier Flight On Day Of Crash

GERMANWINGS CO-PILOT REHEARSED PLAN ON EARLIER FLIGHT ON DAY OF CRASH

The Germanwings co-pilot – suspected of deliberately causing the French Alps plane disaster – rehearsed his plan on an earlier flight on the day of the crash.

In a preliminary report published today, French authorities say Andreas Lubitz appears to have tried to practice the plane’s fatal dive during an earlier flight on the day of the crash.

The initial findings show the co-pilot repeatedly set the plane’s altitude to 100 feet during its outbound flight to Barcelona from Düsseldorf.

The manoeuvres, which were captured by the plane’s flight data recorder, took place while the flight’s captain had left the cockpit temporarily.

All 150 people on the Airbus A320 were killed on March the 24th.
