The Housing Minister has admitted they’re still not building enough houses, as a new mortgage scheme is launched.
It’ll give people, who’ve been refused by the banks, low interest rate mortgages from their local authority.
They’ve also unveiled plans to build affordable homes on state land and an affordable rental scheme.
