Workers at Pfizer in Newbridge in Co. Kildare have been called to a meeting with management this morning. The pharmaceutical giant has refused to comment on the purpose of the meeting, but it has sparked fears of job losses. Pfizer employs over 4,000 people across eight locations based in Cork, Dublin and Kildare. 700 people work at its plant in Newbridge.
