Fine Gael Minister Denis Naughten says John Halligan probably regrets threatening to "rain hell" on the Government.
He says everyone has done interviews on the spur of the moment that they later regret. Halligan's row with Fine Gael over University Hospital Waterford is expected to dominate the party's think-in later. TD's and Senators will also use the chance to discuss election plans in the event of a snap poll. But Independent Minister Denis Naughten, doesn't think it will come to that.
