The Griffin Hotel group has seen over a 12% rise in turnover and operating profit increased by 27% latest figures show.
The group comprising of the Ferrycarrig Hotel, Hotel Kilkenny and Monart Destination Spa is celebrating 56 years in business and now employs 433 people. The business is run by third generation brothers Michael and Liam Anthony Griffin. The company recently bought back loans worth twenty six million euro from a vulture fund in a deal funded by AIB.
