Thats according to a new report co authored by Wexford solicitor Simon Kennedy and published today Entitled Access to Justice and the European Central Bank its findings indicate that the European Union Charter of Fundamental Rights is not being fully respected here The principles of access to a fair trial and legal aid are being denied to those facing the loss of thier home through the actions of ECB supervised entities The study is undertaken by University College Galway and written by Duncannon based solicitor Simon Kennedy and Doctor Padraic McKenna both of the UCG School of Law
