House prices in County Wexford have risen at one of the fastest rates in the country since the beginning of the year.
The average price of a standard three bedroom semi detached house in the county has risen by 6.7% in the past three months. This increase rate was exceeded only by Kilkenny and Offaly and now brings the price to 160,000 euro. That's according to the Irish Independent Real Estate Alliance Average House Price Survey published today.
