Courtown Harbour has lost its Blue Flag status
This is due to the depletion of sand on the beach
Local senator Malcolm Byrne has called on Wexford County Council to restore the beach as soon as possible and in the long term, develop the marina and provide permanent solutions to address marine erosion there
