Impatience is growing in the hotel and restaurant industry as to when and how reopening of thier facilities will take palce
That’s according to Colm Neville chairman of the South East Hotel’s Federation and owner of the Riverside Park in Enniscorthy
However he said he doesn’t want the sector to become too pessimistic
