SELF ISOLATION REDUCED FOR COVID 19 POSITIVE CASES

People who test positive for Covid-19 will only have to self-isolate for 10 days after a change from the 14-day rule.

New guidance from the Health Protection Surveillance Centre says those who still have symptoms of the virus must complete the fortnight period.

Close contacts will also have to adhere to the 14-day requirement.
