South East Radio promotes shop local this Christmas

Each of us in County Wexford spent almost €1,000 euro online last year. That is a significant amount of money to take from locally owned businesses in County Wexford.

South East Radio listeners have spoken to us about their experiences in shopping on-line, it doesn’t always go according to plan. Sometimes the quality of the product can be less than what they expected. Because they can’t try on clothes or shoes before they purchase they are often the wrong size. This leads to returns and delays in receiving the goods ordered.

South East Radio is encouraging people to shop local this Christmas to keep money and jobs in the local economy. Shopping local creates and maintains local jobs and keeps your town open for business.
